Pregnancy

Anyone felt pain after doing the cervix check ? Please share some experience.

Went for a cervix check today 39 weeks appt. the cervix check was rather uncomfortable, but bearable. Gynae said all are normal, but I’m not dilated yet, still very high. And recommended me to do squats and go for walks... But after checking the cervix... I started having pain and cramps near the pelvic and lower abdomen, and feeling uncomfortable to even walk normally. Feels like the baby dropping into pelvic while walking. Anyone experienced this ?
