Low placenta

Went for ADC scan and doctor say my placenta is Low. And doctor say is normal in 5 months of pregnancy.... What’s should I avoid doing and how to I make my placenta don’t go Low and back to normal? So worried ?

Don’t be upset, dear.. what matters is that baby is healthy and is getting good nutrition via the placenta:) For now, avoid intercourse and carrying heavy things/overexerting yourself. Look out for bleeding.. if present, see your doctor urgently. It is still possible for the placenta to move upwards.. so wait and see okay?
