Spotting then green discharge then.. spotting again w tiny blood streaks

At week11 now, and the past 5 days have been like a roller coaster. Spotting suddenly, then stop... greenish discharge for 3 days. Went to o&g on 3rd day, kkh said likely no infection and I was sent home... then next day... spotting is back.. coupled with some minor cramp at abdominal area... put on my overnight pad and hoping for the best.. any of the mummies experienced this? #pleasehelp #firsttimemom #advicepls #firstbaby #rainbowbabyplease

If this persistent, highly advice to proceed back to O&G and ask for thorough check. And seek advice if this is normal or infectious or just hormonal changes causing you to have this issue. And if there are no pain and cramp, is it okay to not come back or advice to come back.
