One week na Sumasakit balakang at tyan. Okay lang po bang uminom ng salabat? Sabi kasi sakin uminom daw po ako salabat para magtuloy na labor ko. Wala po bang side effect kay baby yun? Anu pa po ba pwedeng gawin para magtuloy ang labor? Gusto ko na din po manganak para makaraos na 😅#advicepls #theasianparentph

Mama, please call your OB or go to the clinic muna bago ka uminom ng anything, one week of belly and back pain at 37 weeks needs to be checked first para sure kung okay ka at baby. Once your doctor says it's safe, siya ang best person to advise ka on salabat or any other traditional remedies, kasi may risk talaga if hindi tama for your situation. A few of us mums tried different things at the end of pregnancy, but honestly, ang safest approach is always "doctor first, then proceed", hindi worth the worry, diba? Hang in there, mama, malapit na!
