For FTM, I usually go with gentle options like plain coconut oil or aloe vera gel kasi hypoallergenic at hindi irritating, tapos make sure the area stays clean at dry; pero if it's really red, painful, or spreading, better check with your doctor kasi baka may specific cause na kailangan addressin (fungal, bacterial, etc). Ang payo ko lang, avoid heavily scented products muna while treating, at if you're using any creams, patch test muna sa small area first! Hope it clears up quickly para sa baby mo.
