6 wk- 1st visit to gynae due to brown discharge

At my week 6 nw, I found that I wiped some dark yellow to light brown discharge. And i was worried. Decided to visit private gynae earlier today instead waiting to see KK next Mon. What would i expect for 1st scan? Anyone got similar case as me ? I woke up at 4plus, I couldn't slp anymore. Think I am anxious for today.
