Braxton hicks at night

Week 37, been having tightening, numbness and cramps like menstruation almost every night. Gynae said it's braxton hicks, asked me to monitor because I could due anytime. But when I told him it usually lasted more than 30min and frequency is random so it's definitely not contractions, he doesn't believe me and laughed it off with the nurses in the room :( Anyone else having the same experience? The tightness and numbness making it hard to breathe.#1stimemom #advicepls #pregnancy

Hi, I’m 36w 5days along & have been having those since the start of my 36w journey. Those are jz BH, to prepare yourself for the actual contractions which will be much stronger. I find it harder to breathe at night as well & it has been affecting my sleep lately. So daytime I do a catch up sleep whenever possible.. Take care mommy!
