Week 15, always feeling thirsty even though i drank lotsa water. Dry lips. Is it normal? #firstbaby #advicepls #pregnancy

We need to at least drink 2.5l or more during this period of time even with this crazy humid weather! I have dry lips and also dry throat which only appears at night. I’m also in my 15 week as well!!! You can add 100plus as well to boost alittle of salt intake in the body.

yes, it is normal.. being pregnant also mean we need to drink more water to be hydrated and keeping our inner water level balance..
