Hello! I observed brown discharge in my Week 5 going 6 of pregnancy, should I worry?

It was spotting yesterday but today it got heavier into a 1 stream of brown discharge :( slightly worried and its our 1st, not sure what to do..

suggest you let you gynae know or go kkh to check asap. I also had that recently and my gynae increased my dosage of utrogestan med and gave me a progesterone injection.
