Both parents Thalassemia carrier?

Wanted to check with parents to be here if anyone of you and your spouse are both Thalassemia carriers and what are the screening test did you opt for? Example First trimesters Screening, Harmony, CVS, Amino? As me and my spouse are both Thalassemia carriers but undecided to what extend do we want to screen the baby for?
