Split 50-50 or husband pays?

Wanted to ask working mom's if you are splitting baby delivery and pre & post natal fees with your husband or is your husband paying for everything?

We paid all the pregnancy and kids related bills through joint account. And the contribution to joint account depends on the wages of our salary. Now my husband earns more, so he puts more in joint account.
