Hi. Just want to know when is the good time to take leave for labour. Im a childcare teacher and now 24 wks. It can be very tiring mentally and physically now. But not sure how to start my leave. Coz its my 1st pregnancy. Not sure also if doct can give me hospitalisation leave due to my diabetic or facts that im nearly 40 in age. Pls advice.
