Dots all over baby hands and legs

Hello! Just want to know if anyone else’s baby have the same issue..since he was 4m he started having dots only on his hands and legs .currently 9m and its getting so bad.. went to see 3 different doctors ( both western and chinese) came back with 3 different answers 🥲

my toddler used to face this as a result of food allergy. it takes a few days to go away. we monitor/be more selective in his milk brand and food intake more closely ever since.
