That’s fine. Walk slower pace than your normal though. For me I feel more breathless than normal. Cos heart is pumping more for you and baby, so it’s working hard. I used to exercise 3-4x/week regularly before being pregnant.

Walking is recommended, 20 mins everyday but all depends on your stamina & health.

That’s fine. I walk 45 mins daily up to around week 33, then cut down to 20 mins walk now.
