Pregnancy migraine

Do you wake up every morning with migraines or headache? Is it due to low blood pressure or pregnancy hormones? Is this abnormal or should I go to bed early?

Pregnancy hormones, yes. Or you might also be low on iron and also dehydrated so pick up your water intake. At least 2 litres daily. If possible, refrain from taking any meds like panadol unless cannot take it but drink more fluids.
