When is a good time to inform the boss/company about your pregnancy?

Do you wait till after 20-24th week? Or after NIPT results in week 14-16th?

I inform 1 of my colleague once I confirm my pregnancy with Gynae which is 6 weeks plus and inform HR and boss on 12 Weeks
