I have sharp tingling pains in my right boob. Im 28 weeks pregnant and still nursing a toddler. Normal? And yes theres a little colostrum coming out.

Id say yes normal,  i get it at times when latching my 8 month old.  However,  i would still highlight it to the doctor dduring my next visit.  As you are pregnant im not sure.
