best to go and see a gynae, as is early pregnancy and might be dangerous too. i had that when i was in this stage and usually when i see such, i will go see a gynae and ensure that the baby is fine.
Could be some blood discharge, advise to let your gynae know and check not only because you’re at early stage pregnancy
