Eat more fruits for fiber to help with constipation! I’ve been eating apples since they’re sweet and easy to eat. As for overeating, I don’t have much advise as I’m the same. But I find as time goes by I naturally started eating less. Your body knows what it needs, this is all normal and will go away :)
Maybe you can try splitting and eating many meals but in smaller amount? It can spread across the day so you won’t overeat and vomit.
