White noise

Do you use white noise at night for baby? How old is your baby when you stop using white noise? I find it so useful. Not sure when to stop

Yup i did use it before when my boy's startle reflex was at its peak everytime he sleeps at night. I stopped it when his startle reflex gradually went away.. about 2-3 months.
