While it is recommended but not really necessary. Some may not be able to afford organic foods on a daily or long term basis. Pretty sure most of us (90s or 00s) grew up without eating organic foods yet we are all grown and strong 😂. Anyway just my POV, organic mummies please don’t flame me. You do you. 😅
