Doctor's Memo for Unvaccinated

Hi all unvaccinated mommies, would like to ask if anyone faced issues in asking your doctor to write a memo stating that it's is not optimal for us to take the vaccine while pregnant? Since the whole nation is adopting the "Vaccinated or Testing Regime", those who are not vaccinated will need to do ART testing twice a week (at own expense if no doctor's certification for not taking vaccine), thinking of asking for a memo from doctor. I'm taking the vaccine, just not so early.
