Is it possible to have implantation bleeding twice again in first trimister?

Until now I am bothered po sa light bleeding or spotting ko minsan ang few hours tumitigil siya then a few mins na namn may little drop na naman po, and my OB give me medication duphaston only for 1week should I continue to take po ba? Kahit tapus ko na ubosin for 1 week po. Wla namn pong sinabing problems ang OB ko sa light bleeding ko po and my baby is healthy naririning parin po heartbeat niya.
