Is it normal to have phlegm ?

My two months LO have phlegm till it's loud when he's breathing. Is it normal?

Hi, is better to bring your LO to the doctor as they don’t know how to spilt out the phlegm. The doctor will either prescribe medicine or rent you a machine to clear the air way. My LO had this when she’s around 4mo.
