Pag mag prep ka ng meals ni baby make sure na NO SALT NO SUGAR NO HONEY. Babyledweaning or Traditional weaning depende kung ano gusto mo start ng way of eating ni baby.. if traditional pwede ka mag puree ng kung ano available sa bahay niyo.. mostly pinapastart Avocado, Squash, Sweet potato, Banana, Potato, Sayote, apple at marami pa... naka BLW kasi kami ng baby ko start ng 6mos niya may varieties agad ng food ako inooffer per meal.. Pero kung traditional puree ka paisa Isa at palit every 3days ng meal para sure na wala allergies..

Read ka about BLW blogs kung kabado ka naman iskip ang mga puree, start ka sa puree, pwede dn veggies un, like squash, potato, banana, make sure lang din na no salt ka muna and no salt, sugar. and honey for babies. As long as wala yan dalawa pwede lahat ng veggies basta make sure na lutong lutong luto sya para hnd mahirapan so baby i digest, matibay naman gums ng mga baby. Go mommyll

cerelac or gerber, considered as junkfood for babies, Sis. better try mashed veges (kalabasa, kamote) po or yung homemade lugaw. or kanin with breastmilk pwede rin po. :) anf if magprepare kayo, no salt/ sugar/ honey ha. :)
