hi momsh! hope di ka maooffend sa advice ko pero number 1 step para madali magconceive is to be physically fit. dapat both you and your husband fit kau. mas mahirap mabuntis kapag overweight or underweight po. kamk kasi ni hubby, 1 month after mag gym kami, nakabuo kami. take note momsh, widthdrawal pa tong pinagbubuntis ko na 38 weeks na 😅 maganda din na lagi ka nag pelvic exercise at yoga. nakakatulong talaga exercise kasi it clears also your mind from stress na nakakaapekto din bakit mahirap magbuntis.

Ako po, I have PCOs kaya akala namin mahihirapan ako. Di nga po expected si baby. Nagpapasexy ako nun. Hahaha. Nagjogging po ako daily, tas less kain. After two months or so, nabuntis po ako (unexpectedly, kse nga may PCOS ako) this might also work on you sis. 😉

Underweight ako pero nkabuo kme ni hubby withdrawal pa yun. 6 mons na tiyan ko at normal nmn si baby healthy nmn. Kung kaya ng katawan mo at normal ang mens mo mkakabuo kayo.
Eat healthy and have a healthy lifestyle too. Wag nagpapakastress and have a regular checkup sa isang OB para mawork up ka nya or kayo ni husband mo.
