Feed on demand. My 6 weeks old drinks every 3-4 hours, sometimes 5 hours at night but he eats 120 to 150ml every feeding (mine is Breastmilk so im not sure if theres a diff). if your LO is not vomiting milk then you're prolly not over feeding. The extra milk he drinks will be pooped out so don't need to worry too much about feeding too much. At most he just more uncomfortable cuz he has more gas (burp him more) or needs to poop more per day.

My baby is 3 weeks, drinks 100ml and cries for milk after 1 hr, sometimes i try to latch although my bm is very little, sometimes it works and i can delay for abt an hr, but sometimes he cries when he can’t suck enough milk.. im also worried he drink too much, but he poops and pees alot too.. i wonder if it is normal for 3 weeks baby to drink so much/keep crying for milk..

I rmb my baby girl drinks very 1.5hour too. But it didn’t last for very long. Maybe you would want to consider increasing the ml per feed? I was worried about over feeding too but it never happened 😅 Babies will reject milk when they are full

feed on demand. nighttime seems normal to me. I faced the same thing, if feed on demand , probably reduce the milk amount? my LO is also a bit overweight, but we still feed on demand.

At 6 weeks It could prolly be growth spurt. Feed on demand.
