FORMULA MILK CAUSE PHLEGM?

Hi. Is it true that Formula Milk causes a lot of mucus/phlegm in babies? People been telling me to change formula or change to goats milk to reduce the phelm build up. Some would say to just take UHT milk. If so, what’s the best brand to take? Currently my 8mths daughter on NanPro 2.
