Cold cabbage relief engorgement

Is it true cold cabbage relief engorgement ? Do i just buy normal cabbage ? And put it in normal fridge ? Noted that overusing it can cause dryup milk

when I have engorgement in the hospital after few days of giving birth.The hospital give me cold cabbage to relief the engorgement but it is temporary. u can put in the fridge and feel the cooling effect. Try taking lecthin and massage and pump out to relieve it. Hope it helps you :)
