How do I use cabbage to stop milk production? And can I confirm that this is only temporary?

Yes, you can apply cabbage to dry up milk production. can also try peppermint tea or chocolates with mint content. it can also dry up milk. Other reported milk killers include Bak kut teh, danggui, american ginseng... To permanently end production, my friend took dostinex - provided by her gynae.
