For me what helped with nausea is eating small amounts of food every few hours. Must eat before going to bed and must eat immediately after waking up. And drinking loads of water. This helped me control nausea. Some of my friends also recommend drinking ginger tea or sparking water (lemon flavour). Worst case your gynae can prescribe some meds for you.

I tried a few things but some didn't work for me. you can try drinking Pomegranate juice or orange juice to help with the nausea. I drink 100 plus Active, blue label, too especially after I vomit to replenish the vitamins and minerals in my body. It has vitamin B (esp. Vit B6 that helps with nausea). All the best yeah ❤️
