Fact or Myth?

Myth. It has nothing to do with it. Sleeping on left side improves circulation of blood to the heart and allows for the best blood flow to the fetus, uterus, and kidneys (based on what I have read) The gender of the baby is determine thru the x and y chromosomes po. How I wish yung myth na 'to is true 😅 I often slept on left side but both my babies are girls. Still, happy and blessed to have healthy babies naman.
