My toodler is not walking independently at 15months. Anyone knows the reasons?

Every babies are different! My friend’s baby only started walking independently around 16 months after encouraging. You can try to encourage and guide your baby more often to help to gain confidence in walking. More practicing! If you are worried, do consult a PD for a more in depth development check up.
