39 weeks 4 days

Today marks 39 weeks 4 days. Doc say 3cm dilated. Done membrane sweep. Doc give me a date next week to come and induce if sweep is not successfully done. Im scared here.

I was 3cm dilated when induced too. Congratulations mama, you're meeting your little really soon! Remember to practice breathing and keeping a positive calm mindset ✨
