macam mana nak ajar anak dengar cakap bila kat luar rumah ?

Today I'm really embarrassing .. kakak tantrum at clinic .. omg .. masuk je mommy kebut kat kaunter daftar adik start bullying .. dy push othr kids yg duduk sblh dy .. after that dy start cabut bunga and butterfly there .. i lost my temper .. sy terpaksa tarik kakak in front of parents yg ade keluar klinik .. pastu sy buat time out .. she start crying and scream .. she know sy tak akan pukul or cubut dy bila kat lua .. almost 5 minit dy nangis kat lua smbl sy settle registration .. mak2 pak2 kat dlm tu semua pandang mcm something je kat sy .. i just ignores .. seriously sh stress .. uwaaaaaaaaa .. kakak 3y2m and adik 1½y ..
