Wa'alaikum assalam dear! Sayang, spotting or bleeding during pregnancy kena check dengan doctor kalaw, especially at 6 weeks ni. Bukan semua bleeding tu serious, tapi better safe than sorry lah, boleh jadi normal implantation bleeding atau ada hal lain, doctor je yang boleh assess properly. Please contact your gynae or nearest clinic/hospital hari ni jugak okay? Jangan delay. A few of us mums pernah experience ni and most turned out okay, tapi memang kena confirm dengan doctor to be sure. Ambil care of yourself, and do go get checked immediately ya.
