When visit kkh gync Can MC or not?

Tmr my 3rd visit to kkh. W12. Previously i took my al, wonder if can take mc or not. Cause my boss told me during appraisal if i preg in future. he not allowed mc when i visit gync. Maybe half day or 1day mc a month only. My team all male colleague, not sure if this apply to other dept. Or just to me. Btw annualy we hv 30days mc. Any of you mummy have same treatment?
