20w batuk, sakit kepala

Aiyo, sakit kepala + batuk + sakit belakang tu memang kena suggest check dengan doctor lah, mama, especially at 20 weeks, want to make sure nothing serious first, bukan? A few of my mum friends dapat batuk yang stubborn masa pregnant, and one swear by saline nasal spray + drinking warm honey lemon (not too hot!) throughout the day to soothe the throat, at least reduce the batuk sikit. Rest properly juga, I know kerja berat, but kalau boleh take it easy, let your body recover!
