Any tips on relief headaches during pregnancy? As I try not to take pain killers but at times it just lasts too long.

It’s ok to take Panadol. But if headaches still persists need to let your gynae know. Could be symptom of preeclampsia

I cry myself to sleep cause I’m allergic to panadol. I have very bad migraines during pregnancy.
