Any tips on how to curb morning sickness when outside with family/friends? Can we take sour candy/sour plum?

I drink sparkling water cause all those candies doesn't work on me

Sometimes smelling orange/ lemon helps

I ate green apple sour tape

I use alot of axe medication oil

i take himalaya salt candy 😊
