Parents, ano ang best way to DISCIPLINE kids nowadays, based on your experience?

For me, I try to talk to her properly on eye level. I TRY to validate her emotions first before ko siya pagalitan or pagsabihan. I want her to feel na she can express herself and explain herself politely. KAYA LANG MOMSH, sometimes maikli ang pasensya kaya nagagalit tayo minsan agad. BUT WE TRY :)
