For those who gave birth via CS like me, when did you start doing light workouts for your postpartum body? And what kind of routine workouts you did or currently doing? So frustrated with my belly and body 🙈. Thank you! #postpartumbody #postpartumbelly

I just did not remove my binder for 8 months. no mom pooch now. Nag limit din ako ng rice and lots of water. No "exercise" but I think alaga sa baby the whole day is my exercise hahaha

Consult ka muna sa OB mo to check kung fully healed ka na bago mag-work out.
