Not wear underwear after lochia finished

Those that went thru csect, Once lochia/menses after birth has finished, do you still wear your underwear at home ? I used to not wear at home but when i try not to wear now (csect a month ago), i feel like the organ inside and my lower tummy is falling off and when i stand or walk, i can feel the weight on my lower tummy. Is it a normal feeling/sensation? But i feel suffocated wearing underwear when theres no more blood #FTM

I also don’t wear at home. Had csect 2 months ago. How about wearing a binder? To hold it in place. But give urself more time. I think eventually you will get used to this feeling.
