This could be too TMI...but I'm beginning to smell pretty ripe 'down there.' How should I be cleaning it properly during confinement period?

1. Clean it by spraying with water after each toilet visit. 2. Dry it with tissue. 3. Apply antiseptic cream prescribed by Gynae. It's important to keep it clean especially before your stitches recover to prevent infection.
