Mild cramps

Think I am around 4 - 5 weeks+ pregnant and I have been having mild cramps here and there for at least 2 weeks. Is it normal or something to worry about and needs to be checked?

Mild cramps are normal throughout pregnancy but if it gets more severe and accompanied with bleeding, best to check with doc :)
