The purpose of thermal swim wear is so to keep warm while in water especially for children. However, thermal swim wear for toddlers does not come cheap (about $100+) whereas you can easily get a decent swimming costume for your toddler at just $15, this is also the reason why not all parents go for thermal swim wear.
