8 weeks and barely eating

Is there any tips on how to reduce the nausea and vomiting..? I'm vomiting almost everyday and yst was the worse, I vomit so hard till I have tiny petechial lesions on my face due to straining from the vomit and I can't seem to control it.. but I know I need to eat for the baby so I've been having small meals every few hours but it's so hard.. please help. #1stimemom #pleasehelp #advicepls #firstbaby

i also had those tiny petechial lesions on my face and it took a few days to go away. i was so affected by how ugly i looked. My gynae has since prescribed me diclectin and i stopped vomiting. maybe you can request from ur gynae. i gained 1 kg since i took diclectin bcos i can enjoy my food now 🤭
