How to report user?

There’s this ‘Rukinem’ who have been replying to 1.3K worth of questions from 6y ago with ‘thanks’ and it’s starting to get annoying. Like due to his/her spam, those actual recent post gets pushed behind. Like I’m totally fine if they replied normally with a proper answer but no… it’s full of ‘thanks’. Zzz #advicepls
