Am i in Labour or just in Pain?

Hello there, other Moms. I just want to know if i am in labour already or just feeling some contraction i am in 38weeks and 2days pregnant i am a worried what i need to do.My underwear is wet and its clear, no white discharge. And at the same time i feel Lower Back pain and my tummy start to feel the pain inside but not too strong. What should i do? This is my First Baby. I hope you help me Thank you.♥️
