Hi there! Need some recommendations for a baby cot/crib , preferably can be used from newborn till at least 2-3 years old. As I'm living in a 2 room flat & co sleeping with my firstborn , would like to get a crib for upcoming #2 ☺️

you can just buy any cot and open one side of the frame. put it on the side u are sleeping. i use it until my toddler turn 4.
